Agreement between User and Legal Bricks

Daystrom Information Systems, LLC (“Daystrom”) operates the patent discovery application located at daystromsolutions.com (the “Site”). Legal Tech Bricks, LLC (“Legal Bricks”) is authorized to provide subscribers access to the Site and the service under rights licensed to Legal Bricks by Daystrom. The Site is offered to you by Legal Bricks conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices (the “Terms”) provided by Legal Bricks at the time of invoicing (or provided upon request). Your use of the Site is conditioned upon your agreement to the Terms.

Daystrom uses daystromsolutions.com to host a next generation AI application referred to as Essential Patent Search, for discovering and identifying standard essential patents (SEPs). The Essential Patent Search uses machine learning models to evaluate patents against a given reference document and uses feedback from patent professionals to predict which patents have claims most closely matching the content of the reference document. Daystrom will process uploaded reference documents that form the basis of a patent search and store the uploaded reference documents in your account. Only account holders have access to the uploaded reference documents and search results.
